A Neurodivergent Lens: Recommended Practices for Neuroinclusivity 

The goal of this study is to develop a toolkit and an educational resource that will include a set of recommended practices to apply a neurodivergent lens to the development of standards in Canada. Guided by the active engagement of the neurodivergent community, our work will contribute to the reduction and elimination of barriers for neurodivergent Canadians.

Who can participate: 
To be eligible to participate, participants must be:
(1) Neurodivergent (diagnosed and/or self-identify), (2) 18 years or older, (3) Located in Canada; and (4) Able to communicate in English or French, ASL, or LSQ, with or without support.

What’s involved: 
Participants will be asked to take part in a 2-hour online focus group (small group conversation) about their recommendations for making society more accessible and inclusive, based on their lived experiences. There will be a 15-minute break.

Compensation:
Participants will receive a $75 CAD (Canadian) e-gift card for Amazon, Walmart, or Starbucks (your choice) for participating.
