Screening Tools
Screening tools are designed to help identify children who might have developmental delays. Screening tools do not provide conclusive evidence of developmental delays and do not result in diagnoses. A positive screening result should be followed up with your child’s health care provider if you have reason for concern.

Words Matter: Collaborative Language and Communication
The words we use have a significant impact on the people who hear them. Understanding how to speak respectfully and inclusively is essential for all people but especially for a marginalized community. This guide shares appropriate language when speaking to and about the autism community.

Autism Junction
Autism Junction is a provincial listing of supports, therapies and other resources that our community needs through all stages of life.

Provincial and Territorial Funding Resource
Funding, services, and supports vary from province to province, territory to territory. In an effort to help individuals and families navigate the complex web of information, Autism Canada has updated the Provincial & Territorial funding programs for autism originally prepared by Odette Madore in 2006.

Videos about Autism
Our YouTube channel hosts a variety of videos about autism, many created for our Au-Some Conference by autistics to educate and share their lived experiences.
